VACANCY: MOTOR SURVEYOR- 
For a loss adjustor: - 
Examine damaged vehicles within defined service standards.
- Finalize motor surveyor report and submit to the claims manager with photographs 
 - Provide expected repair costs including recovery claims for accurate reserving. 
- Ensure that motor repair estimation is received from agencies, garages in accordance with the claims survey report and completed with the required information. 
- Negotiating the cost of repairs with agencies, garages in accordance with the agreed discounts. - Provide market value of damaged salvage vehicles. 
- Proactive handling of all total loss cases through timely assessment and confirmation to the motor claims and recovery teams. 
- Maintain a close coordination with the motor claims and recovery teams. 
- Report on market feedback (i.e. any potential problem with a particular type of vehicle model, garage and agency) to the claims manager. 
- Responsible for reducing the average cost per claim by negotiating discounts with agencies and garages. 
- Coordinate updating of the agencies and garage discounts with the claims manager. 
- Verify motor third party recovery claims from other insurance companies if required by the recovery team. 
Skills Should have sound knowledge of various motor vehicles, their market values, various repair procedures and costs, recovery procedures, etc. Experience: 2-3 years’ experience in similar position or automobile workshop Education: Graduate Engineer in Mechanical/ Automotive.

*REQUIREMENTS & RESPONSIBILITIES*:
•Minimum 2 years experience maintaining and troubleshooting equipment in a factory environment

•Provide the first level support for technical issues

•Ensure the resolution of incidents within specific constraints

•Perfom routine system administration

•Respond to requests of other technical teams

•Monitor equipment for quality of service, availability &technical issues

•Perfom preventive & corrective maintenance

•Investigate performance issues

•Assist in the testing of all new releases & upgrades

•Install, configure, optimize & maintain productions systems & applications

•Identify situations requiring urgent attention and escalate as appropriate

•Experience troubleshooting computer networks

•Knowledge of basic IT support procedures and tools
